Default Question about front seats (color, comfort)

I recently got a loaner IS250 from the dealership while my car was getting some work done. The first thing I noticed, besides the color (tan, as opposed to my black) is that the seats were much more comfortable and seemed to have way more cushion than my car. My wife, who know nothing about cars, even noticed to comfort difference in the passenger side; that was actually the first thing she said to me when she got in the car. By the way, the loaner had 11K miles while mine has only about 5K.

So my questions are this:

1) Among the perforated seats (both mine and the loaner had these), are there different seats for different packages (the loaner came with navi and my car does not)?

2) Are the tan seats just softer and more comfortable?

3) Will my seats feel like that after 11K miles? Do the seats need to get broken in?

4) Can I get Lexus to changes my seats due to comfort issues?

There is no diff your seats will become more softer over time. They just need to be broken in. Im trying to get my leather to be more like your 5k ones but cant find away to get the leather to look like that and hold nice tight form anymore

maybe you just have to adjust your cushion level? there is a button on our seats that make them softer or stiffer

I got my car 07 used from the dealership and the the previous was probably some larg fat *** cause my seat cushion has a lot of stretch marks.

the button farthest left in the picture. i think it adjusts the bolster, but when i push it, i can feel my back melting into the seats and them becoming softer

it's a lumbar support thing. push towards for more lumbar support, push away for more "bolster"

it feels softer because the lumbar support isn't pressing on your lower back, the cushion or feel of the seat never changes
