Body shop Recommendation for the Philadelphia Area
Hey guys,
Just had my barely 3 month old 2010 IS250 sidescraped by an idiot with a Ford e-350 (when I was stopped at a red light). It looks like its going to need major work. I was wondering if somebody can recommend a good body shop in the Philly area or suburbs? Here is the damage if anybody is interested in taking a guess at how much it might cost too fix.
Thanks
-Dan

No, I don't play soccer!
Dan, sorry to hear about your IS. My NJ dealer uses a place in Bristol, PA called Rob's Automotive and Collision Center, (215) 826-9200. They will flatbed your car to their facility and back. They did paintless dent repair on my 04. It came out awesome. And they gave me lifetime warranty on their work. Best of luck.

My dad used a place in South Jersey (near Deptford) when my mom drove his Q45 into a telephone pole (ice). They did a tremendous job with the repairs. I can dig up the auto body name if that's not too far.
He and I are both very picky about paint and body work and they were very very good, although this was a few years back.

Dam!! Sorry dude. Its going to cost some serious money, get insurence to pay for it. I just got my car back 2 or 3 weeks ago. I went to south orange collision. They did a great job cant even tell it was repainted. I hit the passanger side fender and front bumper and it cost around 2200. Good luck

Thanks for all of the responses guys. Im probably gonna take it to Rob's since its pretty close to where I am. Another thing thats weird is that now when I am driving the vehicle, the average speed indicator on the dash is wrong. For example If I am stopped it will say im going 15 mph, if I am driving it will say I am going 2mph? Maybe something internal with the computer is messed up now too. ughh
