Since I could not find this info on any of the car buying websites (KBB, consumer reports, edmunds, etc) I wanted to post it somewhere that might help a few people. I just bought a leftover 2009 AWD IS250 on 1/16/10. Based upon my best guess there is at least a 1500 rebate, incentive, or holdback on this vehicle since I got it for 1500 under invoice. One dealer told me there was "assistance" on the 2009 IS's after playing them against another dealers price. I called about 20 dealerships in PA, NJ, DE, and MA in my search and it sounds like there are still a few left including one at Koon's in DE with NAV and two at Thompson without NAV.

Hopefully I have not broken any "rules" posting this, if so let the comments fly. I'm not bragging just trying to help as it took hours of calling to try and determine this.

Pretty common for Lexus (and presumably other brands) to offer incentives to try and clear out last years cars by this point in the new model year.... IIRC the incentives were even larger on 350s last year when folks were posting about it.
