Personally, I'm 6'0" and I find the ISx50 to be "just right" in terms of being able to fit snugly/comfortably in the driver's seat.

I rarely drive people around, and when I do it's usually 3 a maximum (99% of the time women, who are obviously on average smaller/more petite than men).

If I had to drive around a bunch of dudes often in my car AND if I were say 6'4" or 6'5"+, I would highly consider getting another vehicle (not the ISx50) due to size constraints. That's just me though.
As a 6'1" guy from Texas who usually just hauls around chicks, but has some tall and big friends, I agree 100% with the above post.

In the showroom, I preferred the GS, but after the test drive, it was no contest.
Exactly what happened to me. Almost bought a GS430 but am SO glad I have an IS350.

Also if I remember correctly the IS has more cubic feet in the trunk than the GS. Seemed odd at the time but was another reason to go with the IS.

I'd go with the GS, nicer interior, less miles, and has a ton of room

go with the IS350. Some people dont read what you wrote. He doesn't need the room. They take his wife car 90% of the time with the kids. Take the is350. i traded my gs in for the is. im glad i did. dont get me wrong nothing wrong with the gs but the is250 is way more fun to drive. you have 1 family car you dont need two.

The IS 350 is just a joy to drive. I'd pick that. Even if you go with the GS, you're still G2G. Go to a Lexus dealer, drive both and get back to us. I think you'll love the IS.
