PICS: F-Sport vs. Stock Exhaust & '06-'08 vs. '09+ Rear Bumper
So I installed my F-Sport exhaust tonight (thanks again rcracer!). I was about to give up on the install because I couldn't get the @#$%ing rubber free from the hangers, but with a little WD-40 it slipped right off. WD-40 >>> soapy water. Ramps are highly recommended (a lift is even better of course), and a second set of hands definitely helps.
Impressions: I LOVE this exhaust! From what I read on the forums, I thought it was going to be really loud, but it's not too bad. It's the perfect balance IMO. You can feel a little more vibration in the cabin around 2K-3.5K RPMs, something I didn't read about on CL. I kinda like it though - you feel the engine. The F-Sport exhaust is not that deep compared to other exhausts I've heard, but it's a nice G35-ish growl.
Anyway, I wasn't really going to take pics tonight but when I pulled up to Safeway and saw a TP twin, I couldn't help myself. You can see in these two pictures the F-Sport exhaust vs. the stock exhaust and also the '06-'08 rear bumper (right side) vs. '09+ rear bumper (left side). It's a very subtle difference, but you'll notice that the crease flows out of the bottom of the rear reflectors and the center is different ('09+ has a diffuser). Enjoy!

congrats!! and yes, constant hummmmmm tone is noticable over 2000 rpm and loudest around 2500 rpm, but on highway, road noise or music covers the drone up most of the time. I personally don't think the tone is anywhere close to G growl. each one has its unique tone.
