Default Fuel system cleaning or Gas treatment ?

I was wondering if its safe to add the Gas cleaner formula into are cars.
and does it really help at all.

Frankly regardless of what anyone believes, yes. IS250's are very different in fuel delivery from IS350's. As someone that's done quite some research on rough idling on our vehicles, I can say that injector cleaners do make a difference. Amsoil P.I. and Chevron Techron (for 20gal) should be good every 5,000 miles or every oil change. Our cars due to conservative driving and short trips get clogged with carbon build up. You should be good with either of those cleaner additives.
