Is there a way to remove door panel scratches/scuffs?

Depends how deep they are. Try some compound first. They could be lightly sanded with 2500 grit paper and then buffed. If you don't feel comfortable with that you can take it to a recon shop.

I am not sure about the glove box but I have them on the door panels and they **** me off but if they are not too deep I think you will be able to get rid of them.
