can anyone tell me how to install xenon kit in fogs

hi guys,

I just bought a 3000k 9006 xenon kit for my IS250 fog lights . Can anyone find me or tell me instructions on installing them (hopefully include pix ) and rewiring them to work without headlights too mayb some kind of relay or what .

lol yea i saw but how can i also rewire or something that i would be able to turn on fogs without headlights ?
