I'm looking at Volk, Privat, Buddy club, and JIC.
Not sure if I want to get expensive wheels since I live in a ghetto neighborhood (car was broken into the first week I got it) and there's too many potholes where I drive around.
Those are stock 17"s haha. I am thinking about getting 18"s with a 33-40 offset.
So far it rides like stock, feels a tiny bit stiffer...I'll be getting an alignment if needed after a few hundred miles.

Very nice drop with the S-Techs. Car would look awesome with a new set of rims.
Having said that, because you live in a "iffy" neighborhood and you don't garage the IS, new rims such as VOLKS probably wouldn't be a wise decision at the moment IMHO. Everytime you park on the streets for the night, you'll be wondering if your rims/car is safe. You've already had your car broken into already, hate to see it happen again. But like others have said, if theives want something off your car, they're going to get it no matter what. Good luck on your decision.
