ok ive had three touchless washes oonce hand wash at the dealer and still there is salt on the car cant seem to get it of any suggestions i hate having salt on my car.
Yea living in the Midwest does suck. But I thing those touchless car washes suck even more. Don't you have a dealership that does free washes? We have a few Lexus dealerships that wash and dry your car for you. Then we have detail. $5 for the exterior only. Then they hand dry it. The first thing to remember, don't let the salt get that built up on your car. That's why it's not coming off. Even if it snows the next day and there's more salt, wash it again.
It's not **** at all. The Midwest is bad with their salt. But that's only because so many people can't drive.
when it's freezing, the city usually salts the road. so i grab a bucket of hot water from the bathtub. get the brake dust and wheels clean. then move inside the garage to clean the body with a clean bucket of hot water.
