Did you need to cut on ur Oem bumper to put this Ings+ rear lip on? cuz I have a 09 is250 too

here my car right now, I just wire the LED straight to IG2 fuse, and it work, so now I don't have to turn the parking on to get the LEDS to turn on here some pics that i did just mins ago


now the leds will turn on when I start the car and turn off when I shut off the engine, no more stalk

My is is 09 as well. I did nothing to my OEM parts. I had to cut and mold the front lip for it to fit, but all the other parts (rearlip, sideskirt) should fit with no issues.
