I dodged a car that cut me off and in order not to rear end her I accidentally jumped on the carpool lane and stayed there so that a PIG that was aprox'ly 4-6 cars in front of my lane didnt get me for getting out of the HOV lane illegally because I thought he didnt see when I did that but he waited for me and pulled me over.

"Officer" OOOOH OK! maybe it was the car that just passed. OK what you want to do is speed up to 35-45mph along the shoulder and eventually get back into your lane... Watch your mirrors BTW NICE CAR dont put a hugh "muffler"(WTF ) like the honda racers...

cant really fight it bc there really no kinda of evidence but you can suck up and maybe they will take the illegal signaling off for you.

Doood no BS!! I wish I record him with my iphone because I couldnt believe it was happening. Why would I make this up? I have gotten a ticket in 5yrs...

I think Ill fight it and if I lose I could always get traffic school right?

id just pay the fine, or ask for traffic school. Get it cleared and move on. Not much you can do with the lack of evidence.
