So there are 3 different bumpers. The lips for each respective bumper is not interchangeable with the others.

Example: if you have a 2006 IS, you can only get a lip designed for 06-08 cars. A 10-11 lip won't fit. A 11+ lip won't fit.

Wheels are 19x9 and 19x10 offsets are mid/high 30's i believe and Megan EZ coils.

2012's installed. Swapping stock HID ballast was such a PITA! And I still can't capture my wheels in a picture properly...!

Slight rub on the front bumper tab but that's it. I was going to do the specs you listed, but I couldn't find a set of tires in those series in time for a show, so I went with these.

I like them so far. Ride nice and good grip. Only ever had Turanza, Potenza, and S.Drive before these
