I can't believe I just read this response. Are you kidding me buddy? We all drive pretty much the same cars and you can't give out the specs because you don't want someone to copy your style? Wow.

 

For the last time stop crying cause he doesn't wanna give out his info. Most custom wheel shop do the same they go by what you want. They don't tell offset but you guy still buy there wheels unknown. Ok help me out I have bad credit give me you SSN. We all help each other out rite. So no problem share your ssn come on move on. If you guy want ask the mod to make a sticky that if you don't post your spec your band.

 

Amen to this.... Buyer bought custom rims like ccw, vip modular, work rims with custom offset and some of them don't want give out wat are the spec of the rims.. I can't believe few of this mad over the offset...

 

Nobody is mad bro, I totally respect your decision for not sharing your top-secret wheel specs. No need to call people a "copycat", because nobody is, and would want to copy what you have.

Someone please get this thread back on track before it goes to crap with more ignorance. I lost some brain cells tryin to make sense of what I just read. Asking Social security numbers and wheel off sets are totally different things. I swear ppl need to get off their high horse. You wanna be exclusive get a car thats not affordable to working class ppl. Everyone sees somethin off someone else's car and gets it for themselves everyday. my buddy is doing somethin similar to his 335i. I know it wont work on our cars but just thought I'd share since his set up isn't "top secret" and he isn't worried about "copy cats"

the point of the story is not about him wanting to give out the offset or not.
the point behind all these message is

one member asked 'whats the offset?"
the other member replied "I dont like copycat"
you see the point there?

could easily prevented if the answer was something along the line of "sorry its my secret" not "copy cat"


mods can go back and easily delete all those posts and problem solved
