Over the past week I have successfully:
Replaced Navigation Screen (touch stopped working) $300
Replaced Dash (melting and pieces ripped off) $450
Repaired: Instrument Cluster (needles burnt out, motors going bad, AFS OFF LED removed. "taninelectronix" on eBay fixed it, I believe he is here on the forum too.) $190

Wow. Much respect for doing all 3 at once and doing the labor (minus the cluster repair) yourself.

People say that applying the 303 Aerospace Protectant to the dash will prevent it from melting in the future. Something to look into?

Thank you! My friend who is also on here helped me replace it. Took about 5 hours. I will be looking into a protectant. The dash would literally peel off if you grabbed an edge and lightly pulled. Good'ole Texas heat did it. Lexus would not help me a singly penny with the repairs.

Just threw on an ings style front lip to see how much clearance I would have..
