I don't have a real ISF bumper + wald lip to compare IRL so I can't say for sure it's the same height. And it is molded onto a rep/frp isf bumper so that could be the reason. However it certainly does not sit the same as the isf bumper because I used to have one and didn't bottom out on driveways as much as I do now.
EDIT:
Here's a shot from a similar angle. I honestly think the height sits the same, visually mine looks higher prolly because I'm not running stretched tyres as you see.... they're on stock f sports which is 8" fronts on a 225/35 wheel... and he's on TE37s which are prolly 8.5-9.5... and it even looks like his entire car is lower. Looking at both pics again I think it's the same height.

^^^^^^^
i seen the car and all parts in person
authentic black bison (non cf version) molded
replica isf front bumper, fenders, side skirts (frp)
in terms of height, 149max running pretty fat tires whereas that white one with te37 is quite stretched and poked which allows the car to sit lower
taking into account of tires, that white isf on te37 is definitely lower than the lfa blue one

i thought this is a whole wald bumper replacement...not an isf bumper + lip, am i mistaken?
Authentic WALD International front spoiler for the IS F is essentially a half bumper. Some mold it to eliminate that add-on look. It most definitely sits lower on an IS F bumper, and ground clearance will always be an issue with it. It is one of the best looking front ends once it's on an F because it gives it a nice aggressive look. However, I just can't justify driving with it on and scraping it all the time, even as careful I am of the road conditions.
Props to 149MAX for modding your ride your way. And HeyArms and karasha- I'm personally looking forward to your rides at the Pursuit. I know it'll be a long distance drive from TX, but you guys sure have the mod bug out there, and the pics won't do your rides justice. Looking forward to seeing them in person. Drive safe if you're able to make it!
