All of FL has the same mix of grass and sand around the lots, it looked like Brandon (Tampa area) to me. I lived around the corner in Pensacola for a while, I like that part of the country - especially this time of year.
Yea its always nice over here, kinda nippy this week but I think the lowest we seen this winter was 18* and then like 72 that afternoon lol...crazy weather down here.
