^ its an extra pair of shoe laces. People tend to carry them handy and decorative around the rear view mirror. It just adds another touch of elegance and a great head turner. The reason they carry extra shoe laces are because the ISx50 is too hot of a car, and thus apon stepping out of the drive seat, the shoelaces burn off the shoes themselves...anywho, with all the jokes aside, they are called Fusa's. Its a VIP style thing
