Headlight bulb on the passenger just keeps turning off - comes back on if I switch the headlights off and on...

Good idea... But I have a good feeling its the bulb. Is there any other (easier
) way to tell if its the bulb or ballast? It went off 3 times on my 30 min drive home

Is it flickering? I would try switching the ballasts first since it's easier to get to, if there still isn't any light output then you know it's the bulb.

It doesn't get much easier than flipping bulbs around lol. It's almost certainly a bad bulb though. Go Garax or Philips Ultinon.
