I just got Tein springs installed last week and I noticed the same 1/4in difference between the driver and pax side. Wish I had known about this before I got the springs and had them installed. I guess if it irritates me enough, I'll bite the bullet and get coilovers.

My car is lower on the passenger's side. To qualify it though, the car's RH drive over here. So that means all our cars 'lean' on the same side. Probably an underlying characteristic of the vehicle.

I find it's from driving solo a lot. If you drive with one passenger in the car, the lean will be very minimal, barely measurable.
I drive by myself 99% of the time, so I have the lean. I drive with my mom in the passenger side one day and when we got home, measured difference. 0 difference driver - passenger side.
