That's exactly what I did - got the wood at Lowe's (since Home Depot wouldn't cut it for me...)

After I use my wooden "ramps", I'm then able to use my low profile jack and clear my front lip and/or side skirts. For the rear my low profile jack is low enough to use the rear differential as a jack point.

My jackstands have a crescent-shaped end that will clear the tab for the OEM jack point, but I don't use the jack points for the jackstands. I use the frame rails for that.

2x4 with a low profile jack should do the trick.

I would have thought that if the jack cant get under your car its probably slammed
