Thanks, I was picturing a "cap" that actually covered the wheel. What is being discussed seems to be the little "hub-cap".

I'm from such an old school that as a young man we really only had hub caps, wheel covers or to be cool, we ran with just the wheel showing the lug nuts and neither the cap or the cover.
