My IS has seen better days...
I was at a stop light when a woman drove her Explorer right through me, didnt even try to stop. I decided not to call the cops on her as she begged me not to (probably drunk). Dragged it into a parking lot and left it there overnight. At the time I just didn't feel like dealing with it. Nobody touched it and it was wide open, doors unlocked window busted out. I had it towed in the morning.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I can't see the pictures either, but from the way you're describing it, it the accident was that severe, you should have called the police. Now you really won't have a leg to stand on with your insurance company. One of the first things they'll ask you for is your police report. If you can't produce it, they'll probably think you're trying to pull a scam.
What was your reason for not calling the police? Were you perhaps drunk too??

First of all, ***** all those telling you to commit fraud. And we wonder why insurance costs so much?
Secondly, not calling the police was the worst thing you could have done. Now you have no police report to verify what happened, it is your words vs hers. How do you even prove she was the one that hit you?
