I'm with everyone else, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU LET SOME *** TALK YOU INTO NOT CALLING the police.

Good luck with the car search.

I had it towed in the morning.

I see you took the pictures down. Now that's a smart move compared to the rest of what took place. Always call the police on any accident in excess of $750 in damage. You can always say you were thrown for a loop by the accident/in pain/whatever. Call them now, I still think the woman can be charged with hit and run because she caused the accident and left the scene. I don't believe that you can "let her go" in this case, meaning it is her responsibility to call the police.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I can't see the pictures either, but from the way you're describing it, it the accident was that severe, you should have called the police. Now you really won't have a leg to stand on with your insurance company. One of the first things they'll ask you for is your police report. If you can't produce it, they'll probably think you're trying to pull a scam.

What was your reason for not calling the police? Were you perhaps drunk too??

First of all, ***** all those telling you to commit fraud. And we wonder why insurance costs so much?

Secondly, not calling the police was the worst thing you could have done. Now you have no police report to verify what happened, it is your words vs hers. How do you even prove she was the one that hit you?

It pains me to see an IS 350 in that condition.

Sorry about your ride. I hope everything works out ok for you, and the person who hits you pays for the damages...
