I don't think its totaled, maybe a really high estimate but not totaled at least here in Puerto Rico the amount of repair should be higher that the 50% of the debt/BB Price to be totaled. Just my 2 cents, hope it is totaled i would not keep a car that bang up.

Agree with everyone else, you shoulda' called the fuzz. And for those that want the parts of off your car, those parts belong to the insurance company. You can't part out the car and then have the insurance pay you off. Once you report the accident, and if they consider it totalled, it's theirs (the insurance company). So don't go selling individual parts.

I don't know, maybe this is all a joke. Like he walked by a wrecked silver IS like his and decided to take pictures. It's hard to believe anyone would be foolish enough after that kind of accident not to call the police, then to take a smiling thumbs up pic next to it.

Yup. Had the same problem. Lady didn't decide to look back when she decided to reverse out of her stall AND she even had parking senors on the back of her SUV. Unfortunately I couldn't manuver out of her way because we was in a parking lot and there were other cars infornt and behind me. I didn't decide to call cops as she was trying to convince me that she worked for the state and she would pay for all the damages.

Never again. No matter how small of the accident it is. Well....of course if there was no damage on my car.

Well.....good thing you came out fine. Looks like you were pretty fine with the fact your car got wrecked like that. Hopefully an ISF is within the talks for a new vehicle.
