k guys i got my fab rep kit and my juntw roof spoiler all bout last week or so.

now im hunting around my area for a good body shop.
ive gotten quotes from people saying they can paint and install my fab kit and the roof spoiler from 300-375 for a starfire pearl.

does that price sound good or think it can be a little cheaper??

i think a normal paint job runs around 250 or a little more

paid 300.... But i did have some wack job tell me 1500 to 2000... i am usually professional but i laugh as i just walked away.....

Off kerany mesa road there is a maaco ( I think it was maaco )... It is across the street from Fun Bike Center. When i got all my custom bike fairing painted i went to them....

130 for paint?! where do you go to get your stuff painted? installation isnt really that hard, you can just buy some double sided tape youself

lol ohh boy. 300 for my lip, rear canards and the roof spoiler..so technically a 100 each..idkk fair price?? but where ever you guys are gettin a good deal in the Socal SD area hit me up! my homeboy works for a bumper repair shop and says he can match it for me and do it for me for that price so hit me up guys

Just make sure he got the right paint code. Starfire pearl is very expensive paint.

thats a good price IMO. i got my front and rear lips painted for 200, no installation included.

My 2008 IS is Obsidian and I am about to buy the GFX kit in a different color and have MAACO paint and install. They will charge me $725 for full install including exhaust tips. Is this a good price?

No way dude $725 for paint and install seems a little too far out.
Like everyone else said roughly around $100 per piece, so that's 4 for the full GFX so you're looking at paying $325 more to have a low budget paint shop try and rip you off. Find a shop around your area that will do a decent job for $100 a piece and install it yourself it's not hard at all.

Starfire Pearl requires several more coats of paint than non-pearlescent colors (like black). Therefore, the price is going to be higher if you want it done right.
