Hey everyone,
I have had my front license plate on my 250 for a year now after multiple tickets while parked. I have since wondered if the the bracket from the lexus LS would fit, since its the full height of the plate and therefore, Id imagine looks better. If you have any clean solutions for the front or have a hideaway plate, please post pics. Below is the lexus LS front bracket, let me know if you know if it will work.

 

I had to add a front bracket to my old sedan.

I ended up getting a universal front bracket from Advance Auto. Worked great cause it was the same size as the plate itself. All I had to do was cut down the license plate bolts that I used so that they wouldn't stick through and put a hole in the bumper.

 

i personally use the hideaway plate and glued it underneath my bumper. that way its still clean, and im following the law (already got picked twice for no front plate....one time while parked on a side street). its clean, really nice, and most importantly, no holes to mar the front bumper or take away from the curves of the car.

or get the Rho plate. it just bolts to ur tow hook

 

I had the rho plate for a bit, it was sort of ghetto. It would get loose and rotate around and sometimes would be off and looked bad. I put the front license plate back in the center and will be making a camera mount with the rho plate tow hook.

 

I have the RhoPlate... key to it's use is some locktite, and really tighten up that screw.

 

Rho tow hook adapter thing on my g/f's IS. It got loose one time but I think that was more due to someone messing with it than it getting lose from normal driving.

 

What's a hideaway plate? Pic pls.

i really dislike the tow hook look. if im going to have my license plate on, i might as well have it in the center of my car
