that one reason why i liked my BMW dealer over my Lexus cause BMW will walk with you around your car and point out the ding and scuff on you car so that you and them know how it was when it goes in. so that if there any other damage they will take care of it no question asked. Plus i hate how lexus take it threw the drive thru car wash cause my car came out with a scratch on the door. BMW hand washed my M3 rite in front of me that service. hope they fix it for you tho

Ive been to Lexus of Concord once and I dont plan on going back there again. Place looks unorganized and there is barely any parking. Im glad I dont take my car there for service.

I hope you get this taken care of. The lexus dealer I go to in Glendale walk me around the car to check everything before they do service and if they don't do that I will ask them to do it. I would go to a different dealer after you get this issue straightened out.

one bit of future advise for EVERYONE... dont goto the stealerships for service, either do it yourself OR attend local CL meets and ask other members what local shops (who) they trust their cars with. We do have CL members that work at the stealerships as techs and unless you get these guys to work on your cars, its a roll of the dice...
The CL guys who do work as techs do not let their fellow techs/lot boys/service advisors/anyone even touch their cars~, tells ya something don't it

I told them the car is a 09 and the service manager just called his parts manager and he says that they are discountinued and dont have the starfire color they can get it repainted. I think they're talking about left over 06-08 kits. They dont know about the 09-10 kits 
I'll have to ask for something else.
I had a TSIB done thats the only reason why I brought it to them other than that I work on the car myself.

06-08 is discontinued, our is an 09 so there is definitely a new lip. ask for the F-sport Ground Effects kit. they may have just changed the name that's why there is the confusion.
