The damper is to reduce vibrations (such as the ones at idle speed), not bump shocks.

^ It also helps with vibrations that come from minor imperfections in the road.

Interestingly enough, my 2006 IS350 had NO steering damper installed. I was a bit surprised when I took off the steering wheel to install the ISF version.

The IS-F is not a different damper to replace something in the ISX50, it is to add it. No ISX50 sedans had this damper until the 2011 IS350 AWD.

I can't find any screwdriver to unscrew those oem screw.

Anyone know where I can buy them via online shop?

they're called torx wrench. check your local hardware store.

Looks like same part number for a 2011 IS350 AWD and a 2011 ISF... i ordered one, ill give it a shot.

I was also able to use a hex wrench. Not ideal, but it got the job done.

If I'm remembering correctly it's torx screw #30 (the size). Be sure not to be too much torque on it when tightening, I stripped mine and nearly had my steering wheel installed crooked permanently.

can anyone confirm the size of the torx screw head for me, or just tell me what size torx screwdriver to use?
