Just installed my yesterday night with new steering wheel (Flat Bottom). PIC's comming soon. I only test drove the vehicle around the block one time after the install. I did not notice anything different. I will let you all know what I think about it after a few days of driving on the freeway. NOTE: Yes, the Dampner comes with two new screws from Sewell.

After reading thru the thread. It seems like it only makes a noticeable difference on the vehicles with Aftermarket wheels (Assuming you have low profile tires) and are lowered. Makes sense cause if you are stock you shouldnt feel much vibration. I just ordered mine yesterday and i know i need it!

Like some have said before maybe you wont tell a difference if you have a stock set up as far as suspension and wheels and tires. I definitely felt the difference, especially because my coilovers have pillowball mounts so I get more vibrations than most ppl here

Here is my review..
I've had the damper installed for over 2 weeks now. I'm in a plain stock non-sport 06 IS. I also have Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's.
Before I installed it, I took a drive paying very detailed attention to the wheel behavior. After installing, I can say that it does "feel" better. Would I have noticed it if someone were to take it out without me knowing? Probably not. But if I paid attention every time I drive and looked for a difference, then probably yes. But over time you will forgot how it use to feel and accept this as normal.
Now as far as how it feels afterwards.. I think it feels great. The feel does seem a bit heavier, but it could all be in my head. I may pull it out and add some wheel weights to it in the future to see if it helps. Vibrations do seem to be cut down. If anything at all, it'll trick you into thinking it is different and you'll appreciate it more. For the price, I say it's worth it. Like others have said, we pay more for other random stuff anyways.
EDIT: Full specs - 2006 IS350 Premium Pkg 18in wheels running Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s.
