Installed mine around two weeks ago. Steering doesn't feel as sloppy and loose. Feels better with the weight of the car. Hard to describe, must try yourself to appreciate. Well worth the $26 from Sewell. I ordered it with other things so shipping was only 19 cents more.

Installed and feel the difference. The steering wheel feels less bumps in the road and gives your brain the impression that the ride is smoother (You feel most bumps in the road through the steering wheel). +1 and would order again!

Install time: 10 minutes (I also disconnected the battery)

You guys with the F Sport model IS250/IS350 feel a big difference as well? I read where one person said with their F Sport, it did not make much of a difference compared to a non F Sport.

I thought for some reason it was the IS F, so I can have it on my IS250 LOL

Is that the ISF version, and does it come with the necessary bolts?

It fits all IS versions. It comes with the metal damper plus 2 small bolts listed in the picture. Both sold together

That link is actually a steering damper kit that Sewell has put together for $26. The part # under Sewell is 4571353020KIT, notice "KIT" at the end.

The steering damper itself part # is 4571353020, lists at $23.34, CL price.
The screw part # is 9015950199 and lists at $0.74 each, CL price. Will need 2, coming out to $1.48

Added up (23.34+0.74+0.74) = $24.82

Guess Sewell is marking up their kit $1.18 for the same parts. Shipping with either the kit or the parts separately are both at $9.21. Since a lot of people seem to be pinching pennies, guess I can point this out for people that want to save $1.18 for the exact same parts.
