Either way i believe all i need is the IS-C Surround. The inner grill insert i think will fit in there..we'll see this week i guess.

The only time it will need a 3rd piece is when you have an IS with the Pre-Collision Radar.
The L emblem frame is a seperate 3rd part number. Also, the inner grill is different too.

Picture samples below...

Every Lexus with Pre-Collision Radar system has that Flat Gloss Emblem design.

Behind it sits the radar box..

I hope it works out for you..

For whats it worth, the 2006-2008 regular IS inner grill has 33 slats...

While the 2010 regular IS-C inner grill has 32 slats..

So there is a different part number present, which will most likely equate to a different size as well..

If your Sedan inner grill snaps in perfectly into the C outer chrome bezel, then all should be good...

i that the radar is back there, but i would much rather have the regular emblem on the insert for the box.

I don't understand why people want that bumper, you will lose so many options in buying a front lip.

Edit: also grill lol.

^ Simple, he wants to be unique. And when he gets bored, maybe there will be new lip kits available for the coupe.

The front bumper looks a lot more aggressive if you ask me.

^^ nice pic. haha thats me in there wiping her down. yeah, you can clearly see the differences with the grill surround and the surrounding plastics from the front bumper. LMK on that inner grill what you find out when you get a chance. looking at a LX-Mode.

I dont need or like lips anyway.. I like all an all OEM looking body. If i were to get any kind of lip it would be a real subtle and simple one.

Ok guys so i finally got around to putting on the bumper today. It took much longer then expected..so i didnt even get to put my wheels back on or any of my other things planned..

First of all..the grill insert from the older IS...does not fit the lexus IS-C surround . I had to rig my insert in there and make it work..it looks decent enough for now. The old grill insert is smaller then the is-c insert so there are these gaps at the bottom between the surround and the insert. but because the gap is the same all around it almost looks intentional from factory. So that took some time.

Second the older foam bumper support behind the bumpers didnt fit either.. I had to take a dremel and shave it all down. Even took a hack saw to it cause it took kind of long with the dremel. Even after that it was still a tight fit..

Lastly, still no fogs yet. Just going to run it like this for now. I know..Ghetto. But the whole reason i got a new bumper was because i ran over a semi-tire at night, didnt even see it, and it totally cracked my old bumper.

So Tomorrow, the rims go back on. I had to get them refinished. They look brand new again! and i will be going a little lower since i got my fenders rolled and pulled now. I wont have to worry about the wheel lips scraping on the fenders anymore. I also got the aerotect dry carbon interior to put on too. excited about that. and finally an oil change too. I'll take better pics tomorrow. Tell me what you think so far. Thanks

Oh yeah! and the stupid tow hoook cover. I forgot to have it painted when i got the bumper painted. So i got it painted afterwards and it doesnt match. Fack!

P.S. Itll look much better tomorrow with the rims on..promise!
