The salesperson at my Lexus dealer printed a sheet like that for me when I purchased my CPO 2007 IS350. It has the codes, descriptions, retail prices of all the options. Ask the dealer where you bought the car (assuming it was a Lexus dealer) and they can easily do this for you.

Dealer can do the full build sheet but the easy guide to the packages: (this assumes nobody has swapped anything after delivery)
If car has memory seats and woodgrain it's luxury package
If car has memory seats and no woodgrain it's sports package
If car has NO memory seats and woodgrain it's premium package
If car has special 5-spoke wheels it's the X package
if it has no memory seats, no woodgrain, and no 5-spoke wheels it's a base model with no packages (it might still have any of the following stand-alone options though):
If your stereo says Mark Levinson you have the Mark Levinson stereo
And even more obviously, if your car has a nav screen, it has navigation.
If your car has AFS then it has HIDs (this was available as a standalone option for 07+ as well as coming in the luxury and sport packages... for 2006 it ONLY came in those packages).
If your car has the little round sensor-looking thingys front and rear it has park assist.
If you press the AM/SAT button a couple of times and you get any satellite radio channels the car has satellite radio (and in most cases it'll be XM, but you can listen to it to find out)
If your car has the unique L logo on the front it has PCS.
If it has a button for headlight washers left of the steering wheel it has headlight washers
If it has a rear spoiler or not should be pretty visually obvious
I think that pretty much covers the packages and individual options...if I forgot anything I'm sure someone will mention it.

rear shade is not an option... it's simply a feature of the luxury package.
Good call on the headlight washers though, will add it to my list
PCS is pre-collision system... it's radar cruise and a couple features that go with it (ie it'll tighten the seatbelts if it senses you're about to hit something)- it's probably the rarest "normal" option on the 2IS (excluding special-order-only stuff like ML without nav)
Your car is luxury package with nav, headlight washers, and park assist. (everything else in your list is part of the Lux package)

OK, so I must be one with the NAV, Premium package with AFS, XM , no ML and no PCS. Damn, I wish I had memory seats! SoCal is too far from S Fla! The IS has headlight washers? So Mercedes.

There's not that many option packages. What makes it all confusing is when you try to build your own car--Lexus makes it seem like there's all these "packages", but, in reality, in a cost cutting move, they only configure cars with a handful of "standardized" options--the website makes it seem like a package though: "Navigation with additional options"--which may just be a group of 4-5 stand alone options.
