Default IS350 20" offset help

My little cousin looking to buy my vossen for his IS350. The wheels are 20x9 et25 and 20x10.5 et30. Current tires are 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. He's currently on stock suspension but looking to get lowered on coilovers. What tires size do you guys recommand and if he need to roll or shave his fenders?

Thanks
Tony

235/35 and 265/30 in the back. i think 255 is quite a stretch for a 10.5 rim

235/35 and 255/30 or 255/35. you need a slight stretch. might need a slight roll in the front and rear.

your going to rub with those offsets, tire stretch or not. thats extremely aggressive on an IS, especially in the rear

your not going to be able to 'tuck n' stretch'... those offsets are going to put your wheels about 5mm sicking OUT past your fender in the rear.

I'm with this guy! Listen to him Tony, the other guys are recommending a taller tire profile which throws off the overall diameter of the wheel, which means you will be more prone to rubbing due to a taller tire.

The stretch should be nice, rear a little more but it's sexy! Lips pokin' out the back! Plus, usually suspension travel isn't that much, if he gets coilovers he can adjust them to have even less travel if you pass over a bump or whatever.
