Ok for the most part I understand how this goes together...but just after the bulb, there is a rubber grommet..with the wires going to the bulb, and another set of wires with a M plug on one end and a F plug on the other...what do these go to ??do I just cut them and pull them out of the grommet...it dont look like they are needed for anything...maybe this is a universal kit?

OK nevermind...was just an extention...they look like they will be just a plug n play...but where is everyone mounting there ballast? any suggestions??...oh these are gonna be used for my foglights
