Lexus Extended Care Plan

Lexus Extended Care Plan
My car warranty is expiring soon nearing it's 4 year comprehensive coverage in March. Northwest Lexus (in Toronto) is offering ECP with zero deductible for:
1. 3 years/140,000 km $2560 CDN
2. 4 years/120,000 km $2800 CDN. Includes 4 x oil changes & 1 free tire rotation
The 4 year plan also includes a $350 value incentive that reimburses the premium should the vehicle not need any warranty servicing. I'm leaning towards the 4 year plan.
I was wondering if this quote is negotiable as dealers can set their own rates. Do you guys recommend purchasing the ECP?

Remember these warranties make economic sense ...... for the dealer. How has your experience been so far with your car? If it has been reliable I'd really question whether you want to drop $2,500 on a warranty you probably won't need.

I got a similar letter, but there was no pricing information. Did you have to call to get prices?
Also, is this actually a Lexus ECP, or is it just something through Northwest? Would you have to go to Northwest for any warranty repairs? Does it cover the same things that the ECP on lexus.ca covers?

I took the ECP for 7yrs, the car is less than one month old. I got the warranty since i have the luxury with navi, so I expect something with go wrong in 7yrs lol
Shouldn't the oil changes be part of either options? I am pretty sure it was standard option regardless of which ECP I chose.

I had to call Northwest Lexus for the ECP quotes. They're prices are much cheaper than Lexus of Richmond Hill by nearly $1000! Only the 4/120K plan offers 4 complimentary oil changes. And yes, this is the full Lexus ECP. It can be purchased from any dealership and you don't have to service your vehicle at that particular dealership.

Just called Northwest and they quoted me $3400 for the 4 year/120,000km plan.
I inquired about oil changes, and they said none were covered.
Seems like I'm not getting the same pricing as some of you.
My car is a 2006 IS, and has 48,000km on it so far.
