Hey guys,

I have spent the last 2 months trying to figure out what color to paint my car and I stumbled upon this picture of an 07 is250 in Matador Red Mica....

The problem I am having is that this is the only picture of this color that I can find that I actually like, and every other color that pops up via google doesnt look the same, and doesnt represent how I want to paint my car. So I am hopeful that you guys will know if this is indeed the factory MRM at just the right angle, or if it isnt, and you know the history of this particular car and what color it was painted..

It was posted ironically enough in a thread i found where someone was looking for colors of red, i just cant find another MRM that looks quite as candy/deep

MRM looks best when clean. When it's dirty, it looks a little bit flat and dull-ish. Maybe the pics you saw were of Cars in not so clean condition.

to me the color looks stock. the reason it looks so nice and mirror shiny is because they did a bad *** buff job on the clear.

Looks stock to me. Maybe it looks a little "shiny" and different because the sun is shining down on it. Very nice color btw.
