Ok so i just called my dealer now and she told me that its gana cost me 170 dollars to have the induction service done and its not covered under warranty.
she was convincing me that its wear and tear and its normal.
I was like is it really normal to have a car with less than 20K km to have carbon buildup.
so she said she has to talk to her manager to see if she can get the service for free.

I still have my Comprehensive Coverage. (first 4 years)
"Emission Control Components
All emission control components are covered under the basic vehicle warranty for 48 months or 80,000 km, whichever comes first. Major emission control components are covered for 96 months or 130,000 km and 24 months or 40,000 km coverage for emission performance warranty. Please contact your local Lexus dealer for further detail. "

you can do it yourself, plus i doubt you have carbon build up after 20k km.
youtube seafoam and you'll learn how to do it. it's really easy. hold off from doing it until you're ready to change spark plugs.

Just a head's up, there is now an LSB(TSIB for those that are used to that abbr.) for this concern. I was browsing my TIS account and ran across it. It seems to have been recently added as I didn't see it yesterday. Sorry for not downloading/copying the info as I was too busy. I will get more info tomorrow if no one will have it by then.
