why would gm own a lexus
I've always wondered why GM used to own my car as a corporate fleet vehicle. They only put 10,000 miles on it.
Anybody know?

great answer! although come to think of it, i dont see too many bmw or mercedes benz execs driving their own brand. i do see some toyota execs driving lexus, as well as the lexus execs in the LS a lot.

it was really owned by as corporate fleet vehicle? The only legitimate reason why they would use it is for research and development purposes
I have no idea

that depends on what it was used for, which is what the question pertains to.

They own every brand under the sun, try to reverse engineer to be able to build better GM cars, I bought an Infinity in 1992. Had 7200 miles on it, good car .

someone said they might use it when visiting toyota execs, can anyone confirm?
