Default Help!! (problem installing new nav disc)

hey guys, so I took out my old dvd disc from my nav to upgrade to a newer version. after inserting the dvd, it says loading the system, do not turn off for like about an hour already... is this normal? i feel like the battery will be drained...

It loads even longer than a blu-day disc? I don't think it is normal.

Not sure if this will fix your problem, but you can try disconnecting your battery for a while and let your DVD drive refresh. You'll have to reprogram radio stations, seat positions, etc, but I think its worth trying if its still frozen.....

As previously mentioned, mine took less than a minute to load the new disc.
