^^ Agreed. I love that shade of tint on the headlamps and fogs.
Thanks. I got the tint from aerotect. They have great quality products.

No not yet. All my friends who have attempted the black out look on their G35s have. And I've been in front of cops multiple times without any trouble. Thank God...

My calipers are black too. I painted my own rims. The process was actually very easy and it turned out REALLY GREAT. However, it won't be as durable as powder coating but it was also like 2% of getting it powder coated. I only experienced chipping on the lug nuts themselves, which usually happens even if you powder coat the lug nuts. I will definitely get a side picture for you ASAP. Here is a sideshot of the left front wheel with a good look at the black calipers. The calipers and the emblem were done professionally by some guy who works on Nelly's cars (I know right?). I'll get some side shots soon once the weather clears up and I get a chance to wash/wax the car.
im not digging the tails cause it looks more like a matte black cause you probably sprayed the tint. look into a glossy tint or vinyl perhaps! it'll enhance the look
Very common misconception... Spraying your tails doesn't mean you can't have a glossy finish. I sprayed my own, and if you wet sand and clear coat them they will be glossy and look far better than vinyl, IMO. Not everyone wants it glossy though, but if YooNiBaLL did spray and want to gloss them its as simple as wet sanding the current tails (if indeed sprayed) and applying a couple coats of clear coat.
And also, as far as Texas law is concerned, blacked out tail-lights are legal as long as your reflectors are still red OR can reflect light. My brother is a police officer and that's (his departments at leaast) his take on them.
YooNiBall....very nicely done! some dont like the murdered look, but it looks great! i love the way how the blackened headlight housing shows up. hopefully no trouble from the tail light tinting...your car looks amazing!
