I've always been wondering what this thing is?? I notice it on a lot of is250s but there wasn't one on mine, lol.

It's an antenna. Comes with all ISx50s except for '06 models.

No, not for the nav, it's just for XM satellite radio.

That thing right there is for aerodynamics!! Makes your car swoop freely true the air and add's 5hp.. 10hp if replaced with carbon fiber. More if stickers are added.
