what brand/model of wheels? tires? how much do you want to stretch your tires? how much fender work are you comfortable with?

i recommend looking around/searching for others' rides and then asking how you can achieve that stance.

Trying to order some enkei nt03 right now.

18x9.5 +27

For the front,

Looks like I will be fine up front on the rims(correct me if wrong please!), wondering..

1.If tire size 235/40/18 would be too meaty?

For the rear,

1.Will stock 255/40/18 tires be fine?
2.Will I need to roll the rear fender regardless of tire size?

235/40 should clear in the back with no mods maybe a slight roll. front is fine with 225/40

I know i might need some fender mods. How serious will it be?
I personally don't like stretched tire. So I go for this route on my setup.
Thanks
roll the fenders

Thinking of getting either an Eibach or F-sport spring set to lower the ride height and am looking at getting some Linea Corse 818s 19" x 8.5"w.

I have seen a lot of discussion on this forum on what tires to get for a staggered set-up but not much on non-staggered. Other than looks, I don't see the point in running a non-staggered set-up on an AWD system designed for non-staggered. just my opinion...

So question is what is the ideal set-up for AWD non staggered if one wants to put on 19"?

1010 tire calc. says the closest diameter to the stock 225/45/17s are

- 255/30R19 (.02% diff) or a 255/35R18 (.02 diff). but 255 is pretty thick...Would the tires be too meaty upfront? will I be getting rub? Thinking of getting the 8.5" wide rims.

Second best would be 245/30R19 at .77% diff...

thoughts, comments would be greatly appreciated
245/30 would be safer

get 15mm spacers with studs in them.

so you could fit 8.5+38 9.5+45 but idk if you actually want 10+38 and 12+45. widths of the wheels would help

should be fine, front might rub a little bit depending on how low you are.

why run 35-series tires in the rear?

reason being, oem 2is 18" rear tires are 255/40-18's...

i have an awd. over diameter has to be less than 2% im running them on isp modes at the moment no check 4wd issue. Had 225/40/18 and 255/40/18 and has check 4wd issue at the beginning of the month.

Default borbet XA

Hi,

I plan on buying these used Borbet Xa rims tomorrow.

all of them are 8,5 x 19 - ET 35 and come with tires 245-35-19

I know especially the front is not the best tire size, but can I just put them on and run them until the tires need to be replaced? Or will they rub?

(i am not lowered)

You should be good but 275 30 is a meaty size if your gonna drop it. 265 30 would of been better fit.
