I'll mostly be wanting to clear the rear brake caliper and suspension components and have it stick out just a lil bit.. I just bought ichiba v2 15mm spacers and will take pics with wheels installed before and after spacers to see if it clears..

btw, keep an eye out for suspension clearance issues in the rear w/ that size and offset. just a heads-up.
answer those two first.
you should clear suspension components and the brake calipers in the rear (backspacing is appx. > 0.5" compared to oem rear 18's).
i have doubts whether you can pull off a 275/30-19 without a roll and a pull. unless you're feeling real adventurous with fender work, i'd err on the side of safety and go with narrower tires (265 or 255)

Coo thanks man.. I was planning on doing a roll and slight pull on the rear.. hope it'll tuck in just fine.. if not I'll raise it up a bit until I get new rear tires... or run a lil neg camber hopefully enough where it wont rub in the inside.

Will 225/35/19 be a stretch on a 19x8.5 38 offset for the front? I was gonna do 235/35 but worried about rubbing and don't want to do any fender mods.

plan for fender work, and keep the oem 18" tire sizes (225/40-18, 255/40-18).
i run 215/35-19 and 245/35-19 on rolled fenders and shaved fender tabs, and i still have the occasional rubbing.
though if you didn't want to do any fender mods, you should've considered more conservative offsets.
