there's nothing wrong with running 275/30-20 tires on 20x10 +40. theoretically it should fit (though i haven't really thought about it... yet).
btw, not everyone is or cares to jump into into the low-offset wheel game. if you have to resort to insults ("homo offset"? really?) because others' choices of wheel specs don't sit well with you, don't bother posting in here. this thread is for 2is owners to ask questions about fitment, not for 2is owners to be praised or bashed for their individual choice of wheel specs.
and if you're not offering helpful advice (3-5mm spacers when he's got tire-fender rubbing? seriously?), deuces.
OEM or aftermarket?

Wheels fit AWSOME on stock fenders and with no spacers, looked flush. But it wasn't enough for me
Read below.
Bro am about to pull the last hair on my head, I need your advice.
Remember my specs
19x9+30F 225/35/19
19x10.5R+42 245/40/19
I added a 15mm spacer in the rear, puts me at +27 if I am correct. In the rear I RUB. Worst part is I have shaved the infamous metal tab, rolled and pulled my fenders. Something is still shredding the lower part of my tire sidewall (close to the rim)... Any ideas?
I was thinking maybe camber,
What camber are you running?
Any help would be appreciated?

That was my previous issue and thanks to all your help I was able to solve some issues, now I have a different route but ill make it short, you told me I could run 265/30 with the 15mm spacer but that I would need COILOVERS.... guess what... picking up my coils TONIGHT ... now this is the new dilemn, honestly my 245/40 have a lot of thread left and I dont feel like selling for 265/30 right now. so my question is...
running 19*10.5 +42 on a 245/40 ON COILS, whats the biggest spacer I can comfortably run??

mv thanks again, your the man brotha
its crazy tho cuz right now on springs I feel like if I go any lower in the back I will rub the tire against the top "fabric"
EDIT: now I see you say COMPLETELY rolled fenders, does that mean pulled too? mine are a little pulled....
so then I COULD run 245/40 on a 15mm as long as I am on coils? I only ask again cuz I thought I HAD to run 265/30 to run the 15mm, which would put me at +27 in the rear.

Hey guys I'm new to the forums but searched the thread and didnt find what i needed so heres my question! I'm planning on buying some Vossen VVS-083's 19x8.5 (32 offset) and 19x10 (38 offset). I have a 2006 IS250 riding stock height. What size tires would be best (to still keep some performance and not be a bumpy ride) and would they rub at all at stock height and if not could I possibly lower it a little without having rubbing issues? Im going for this look but in 19's (http://www.vossenwheels.com/CarGalle...VVS083-81.aspx) Thanks in advance!
