i dont think you will need to pull with a 275/30 i tucket the rim at 9.5+15, you figure shaving off the guard completely flat. running coils or even spring the natural camber would allow for the tire to fit. i fit a 18x9.5+30 with a 245/40 and a spring drop no mods and no rub. i really didnt think that going to a 275/30 on a 19 only 5mm more aggressive and shaving, that it wouldnt be enough clearance.

275/30-19 or 285/30-19.

overall diameter of ^ should be pretty close to oem 18" rolling diameter.

im intesrested in ordering some 19 inch SSR Ms1 rims - i was going to order 19.8 in the front and 19.9 in the rear only cuz i see thats the size the Fsports come in
but im curious to know - what offset and rim size can i go with without having to do any kind of fender work or have to deal with any kind of rubbing?

""i also plan on lowering my car with fsport springs""

Thanks

Last time, I swear. LOL.

19x8.5 +35
19x9.5 +40

Hankook Ventus Evo V12 K110s
225/35-19
255/35-19

Currently dropped on stocks with no finger gap in the rear, and a small gap in the front.

What about if I put a 5mm spacer on the front, and a 10mm spacer in the rear? Will they still fit without rubbing?

Thanks!

that'll effectively reduce your wheel offsets.

19x8.5 +35 -> 5mm spacer = 19x8.5 +30
19x9.5 +40 -> 10mm spacer = 19x9.5 +30

those wheels/tires should fit without rubbing.

Sorry guys and please don't flame me as I am new here. I have read through alot of this thread but still need some help. I am looking at picking up a 11 250 is (awd) because I live in Iowa and our winters suck. I plan on doing coils and ordering some nice forged 19" adv.1 wheels and try to get them as concave as possible.

My question is what is the widest I can go front and rear, I am not really a fan of a staggered setup but I would like to go as wide as possible f@r, from what I have seen the widest you can go on the front is 19x9? Does anyone know if you can go 19x10 f@r with the right offset? Or is that just not possible on this car......Thanks in advance guys!

i've seen a few cars on 9.5"-wide wheels up front and 10.5" in the rear.

19x10 in the rear is doable, but not sure if it is in the front. regardless, all four corners would need a roll and a light pull for a start.

since you're looking at concave wheels, you'd also need to be running low offsets to get the concavity, and long version short, wide wheels + low offsets = more fender work.

Thanks for all the info, I am coming from Audi forums so this is quite a bit different for me. It's pretty much like learning all over again, haha. I would not mind rolling my fenders put I don't know about pulling

For the 18" gurus:
What's the more popular fitment for a rear 18x9.5" wheel on the 2IS?
265/40/18
275/35/18

Having trouble deciding between looks and speedo/odometer misreadings...

Wondering if these will fit.

Things to note:
- Front/Rear fenders are rolled and slightly pulled. Tabs are still in tact in the front, rears have been banged in a little.
- Car has no camber kit, running roughly -2.5 in the rear and -2.6 in the front.
- on custom spring rate 14k F / 10k R megan LP streets

Wheels:
19x9.5 +22
235/35/19

should be fine. those tabs in the front may need to be bent out of the way or shaved off altogether.

I love all the info!!! I have been reading through this for the 3rd time playing with numbers and offsets.

I am looking at a new set in 19's for m car
I have just received my BCR coils and am wanting to sit as close to the lips as possible for daily use or at least tucking half the front tire and to th lip on the rear.

I have pulled front and rear fenders and shaved rear fender.

I am looking at

Front

19x9.5 ( + 13 or +15 )

Rear

19x10.5 ( + 15 or 17 )
or
19x11 ( + ?)

Wondering if I am in the right numbers for aggressive fitment and where I am wanting to sit..
