I am running the 19" F-Sport wheels 19x8x40 and 19x9x40. I don't know much about the offsets and the like but that is what the install instructions state.
Recommended and currently on the car is 225/35/19 and 255/35/19. The guy at the tire store (Butler in Atlanta) suggested I move to the 235/35/19 up front.
Will that cause any clearance issues?
Will I need to change the rear size as well?
He stated that the 225 was a "small" tire and the 235 would be better.

For an 8" wide wheel, 235 is the square fitting tire.
Technically the tire is wider and will be closer to the fender (although a very negligible amount) but it shouldn't give you problems.
Honestly I wouldn't even bother opting with the 235s.

but here's your fast response.
yes on fender work, and call varrstoen for brake caliper clearance.

and my opinion?
if you want to spend some "ima boss" money, buy some real, authentic wheels instead of cheapin' out and buying some knock-offs. if you don't want to do the fender work and/or run thinner-than-oem-spec tires, don't look at high-width/low-offset wheels. and if you can't do either, stay stock. do it right once, or don't do it at all.

Anybody know if my stock tires *Back Tire* ( Bridgestone, 255/40R18 95Y ) * Front Tire* ( 225/40R18 88Y ) on my stock 18x8.5 wheels will be able to stretch to fit a wheel with 18x10.5 ??

Wheel fitment help !! Please !
Whats up guys I am about to order a set of BC Racing forged WA03 wheels and I am a total nub at wheel fitment. I have been researching the " will thies fit " thread for about two weeks and I am almost more confused than I started. I was thinking 19x8.5+30front 19x10+38 rear , I have a Lexus IS250c and*I want to be 100% sure before I order them, I want the wheels as flush as possible without having to roll the fenders but am willing to if absolutely necessary ( i will be lowering the car on coils later ). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time ( and please don't just tell me to got read the fitment threads because I have read through over 150 pages)

19x8.5 +30 is perfect. Flush and no fender mods needed - its what Im running. If you go more aggressive I guarantee you it WILL rub.
For the rear you can go with whatever is equivalent to 19x9.5 +35... you might need to mod fenders on that one but I'm not sure... (Im running 19.9.5 +35... and there is a few mm more left.... but again I'm not sure if it will require any mods)
