2) I want +22 offset for sure. However, I do not know whether to go with 8.5F and 9.5R or 9.5F and 10.5R. What is the SAFEST, most economical (tire wear wise), and easiest to find tires for?

3) Then, after selecting the wheels widths, what are the SAFEST and most economical (tire-wear wise) tires sizes I can run on those wheels?
if you're worried about fender rolling and how it looks when you return it to stock (when it comes time to turn in the keys on your lease or you're afraid it will hurt trade-in value, then i advise against rolling them. short of new fender sheetmetal, it's pretty much permanent.

all that permanent work for a set of varrstoens? i question how worthwhile that will be.

And honestly running a +22 you'll need more than a roll. A light pull or camber arms.

no one answered your two other questions because the answers to those two questions were contingent on whether you were willing to perform fender modifications or not.

since you're avoiding fender modifications and going with +32 offsets, here's what your set-up should look like:

19x8.5/9.5 +32
225/35-19 + 255/35-19

you may have to heat the fender lining out of the way, but it's a small detail compared to full-on fender modifications.

Would this rim fit my 2009 is250 awd
The specs of the rims are
Front and Rear
Size: 19x8.5
Offset: 42mm
Backspacing: 6.49"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 225/35-19
Weight: 28.0lbs.

Does the is250 and is350 have the same bore diameter?

two expectations when getting wheel/tire recommendations from tire rack:

1. whatever they recommend will fit (or at least highly likely fit)
2. whatever they recommend will be an ultra-conservative recommendation that require no fender modifications.

with that out of the way...

the is250 and is350 have the same hub bore size (60.1 mm or 60.06 mm, depending on who you ask).

Hey projectdna,

Thanks for answering a few of my questions. Hopefully this will be the last if this guy can sell them to me.

Front 20x8.5 Front (2 wheels) Semi Concave +40 Offset

Rear 20x10.5 Rear (2 wheels) Deep Concave +46 Offset
Found someone that is selling forgestars f14s.
Can I get your opinion on this fit? What kind of tires would I need to run?
Would it clear the front brakes and any issues with running this size?

I am now lowered on S techs and factory shocks. I want to try to avoid doing any fender mods but if I have to then I will.

225/30-20 or 235/30-20 in the front.

265/30-20 in the rear. not sure if you can do 275/30-20.

Refer to dna's post for recommended tire sizes, I see you ask brake clearance, do you drive a 250 or 350 ?

Those tire sizes are HUGE for the front. I dont recommend them.
If you keep them and go 2" drop you will need to atleast relocate the tabs. dna will be more help here.

upside is, 255/35-18 has the same sidewall height/rolling diameter as 225/40-18.

downside is, 255/35-18 on a 9"-wide wheel will have very upright sidewalls.

for the front, those wheel widths and offsets sit the wheels relatively closer to the fender edge - 20 millimeters closer, to be exact. combine that with upright sidewalls, and you may have clearance issues - moreso if you're lowered.

my recommendation? ditch the 255/35-18's for 225/40-18's up front.

btw, are you running this on an AWD 2is? if not, why run a square set-up?

square set-up = wheels and tires are the same size/specs for all four corners
staggered set-up = front wheels/tires are not the same size/specs than the rear wheel/tires

i recommend going w/ 235/40-18's on 18x9's. the sidewalls are a little bit taller but won't be as upright on a 9"-wide wheel, and they're wider than 225's.
