Thanks for you help projectdna. What are your thoughts on this...I think I have figured out what I am going to run. Fenders will be rollled and if need be slightly pulled as discussed earlier.
Stock tires sizes for now until they wear out. Then I will move to 245/40 or 35 and 225/40 or 35....
18x9 +30 F
18x10 +30 R

Alright so I've been reading through most of the threads regarding wheel/tire specs, so just going to ask because I'm tired of reading lol. Just want to know if the following specs are good to go without any fender modifications.
F: 19x8.5 ET 35, 235/35/19
R: 19x9.5 ET 35, 265/30/19
Lowered on Tein-S techs
Now I read that the front fender line may need to be heated and pushed in so not a big deal, main concern are the rears. Thanks for the inputs.

Hi guys. I had a doubt regarding my next tire setup which is not spectacular like most of you guys have. Vroomin had directed me to post my doubt in this thread. Any feedback would be great. Thanks in advance My doubts below.
Can some one tell me if I can just use the same stock 245 / 45 / R17 that are in the rear, upfront also ? Will there be any rubbing issue upfront?
17 inch's because I want the ride to be nice and don't want the rims to bend when I go over pot holes.
I want 245's all round so that it would be helpful in tire rotation and hopefully would look good.
I'm totally new to this , so please don't burn down on me with this stupid question.

but if you want to run a square set-up, you'll need to run 235's.

use the search function in this thread.
9 out of 10 times, it's been answered.
(btw, you get this reply only because you mentioned that you're "tired of reading lol". i'm tired of answering the same questions... lol.)
thanks for reading.

Also if I do opt for the 235's does it mean I can just put the 235 rubber over my stock wheels or do I have to change my wheels as well ?

and then, tell me what you're trying to accomplish.
if you want to know something specific that can't be answered using the search function, try asking it instead of posting something like "i'm tired of reading lol."

if they were slightly more conservative then you can definitely run those tire sizes without fender mods. problem is, you're right up against that limit.
go down one size (225/35-19 + 255/35-19) to err on the side of not needing fender modifications.

Loool it just took 5 minutes and a camera. But yeah, would my car go any lower than the one in the link I provided? Or maybe projectdna could help out here? lol

Another question. This guy has HSD coilovers with +30, no fender mods: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-to-share.html
I can't go lower than that, due to the places I go, and my driveway is pretty steep (see attached pics).
Now, I got offered some http://www.tein.com/products/s_tech.html and they give around 1.5 inch drop. I don't know how lowered that HSD guy is. My question is, will the tein S-techs + 19" Varrstoens lower my car any more than his?
Furthermore, given these attached pics and with the Tein springs, do you think it will be possible to do +22 WITH roll and pull? Or will I not be able to go up my driveway at all with +22?
Parking outside isn't an option due to weather and safety issues.
Thanks!
Excuse the bird crap and dirt on my car. Been raining alot.. no time to wash it.
Attached pics (coke can for comparison):
Garage.. not that steep imo.
-pic snippin'-
Backing into my driveway
-more pic snippin'-
Coming in at an angle
-and more pic snippin'-
Speedbump to enter school. There is NO other way inside the student lot.
-and finally... more pic snippin'-
Thanks!

2. it's possible to do a roll and a pull for +22, but it's 8mm more aggressive than +30. you'll be able to drive around, but rubbing and clearance issues won't go completely away. you have to remember, the 2is isn't built for high-width, low-offset wheels. the lower you go, the tighter the tolerances get, and the more it takes to get the wheels to fit.
will i recommend it? not particularly, but it's not my money.

I am also running GT-F which has very close spec too yours;
F: 19x8.5 ET 35, 235/35/19
R: 19x9.5 ET 36, 255/35/19
Lowered about 1inch Front and Rear
I had rubbing problem at the back part of the front fender liner during slow turns and backing up.
I had also the rubbing of the fender liner on the area around bumper-to-fender tab (there is a big hump there on the liner if you go look at it you will see) but it happened only when I made super fast extreme turn.
All are minor rubbing and already fixed with just minor heat gun. (Just heat up and push those areas back a few millimeters)
My rear never rubs no matter how hard I turn or run over dips and potholes.
With the setup you proposed, it will not create big rubbing problem until you start to lower your car more than 1.5 inches. And the problem will be most likely in the front.
