whats up guys. Was doing some random searching and came upon these IS-F style rims.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/390411519842...S:1123&vxp=mtr

F: 19x8.5 et 35, R: 19x9.5 et 35

I'm probably going to scoop these as a tester. I'm lowered on f-sport springs/shocks. Don't want aggressive / stretched tires. I want enough rubber to withstand potholes and don't want to modify my fenders. What size tires do you recommend? Also, what do you think of the wheels? I'm taking a chance with the quality but what the hell

due to the geometry of the 2is suspension system, at OEM ride height those wheels will poke.

if you have future plans to go lower, expect to do some fender work to make those fit, and expect to have to do some tire stretching.

on replicas. that aside...

specs are fine, and on f-sport springs/shocks you'll have plenty of clearance. if you want very upright sidewalls, run 235/35-19 + 275/30-19.

Default 19x9.5 ET25 front and rear on BC coilovers

Just bought my first IS 3 weeks ago- don't know much at all about the fitment on these cars.

I have the oem IS350 bbk calipers up front, want to make sure these will clear.

I'm also hoping to sit just inside the fenders/close to flush. Don't really want to poke, been there, done that.

Hoping to sit with no wheel gap up front, and partially tuck sidewall in the back with 12k/10k spring rates on my BC's.

I ran 225/35 Yoko S-Drives on 19x9.5's on my E46 with no problem. Don't mind a moderate tire stretch and I don't mind doing the basic fender mods ppl are doing.

I've searched but haven't found anything conclusive. Would really appreciate any advice.

EDIT: Really don't want to run negative camber or pull my fenders. Might consider cutting the rears if need be

Default Rebarrel

Hello cl. I'm planning to getting a complete rebarrel (inner and outer) with step lip and face is vs-xx. It's gonna be 19" and wish to run f: 225/35/19 and r: 255/35/19. They can customize the whole barrel however I want but I'm not really good with offset. I really want phat lip on the back. Front can be 2-3" lip but I wish to put 4-5" lip on rear. Do you think this is possible? My car is 2008 Lexus is350. What do you guys recommend for wheel width and offset for my car? I can pick any width and offset. I just have fenders rolled. Please help me out. Thanks,

225/35-19 on 19x9.5 + 25's is fine. you'll need fender and fender tab modifications in the front and the rear. the fronts may need (and should get while rolling) a natural pull.

19x10.5 +23 (255/35)

I was able to fit the setup above with roll all around, no pull/no camber kit. I am although a bit low, but bare in mind upon driving home a huge part of my front corner fender liner was torn up with some tires. The rear clears and only rub on dips. I have yet to do alignment and relocate the front tab though. I believe it would be much better after it. Here's some photo:

My old setup:

19x9.5 +35 (225/35)
19x10.5 +35 (255/35)

was achievable without a roll in the rear, but needs a roll in the front. Hope this help for people achieving that aggressive look.

P.S. Does anyone have link to front tab relocation DIY?
sick set up!

i was going strictly on the assumption that the wheels clear the brake calipers, and that you were inquiring regarding wheel/fender fitment. brake caliper clearance typically varies by wheel manufacturer. case in point, i have a 19x9.5" +40 that clears the large OEM IS350 calipers.

my apologies that my advice was not correct.

Default Works wheel fitment

Hello CL. I am trying to order set of Work Brombacher wheel. I am looking at the chart but
I am suck with calculating offset and I don't know what will fit in to my car. Here is link for
their chart.

http://www.workwheelsusa.com/media/w...r_SPEC09A4.pdf

I am looking for 19" step lip chart. My car is 2008 Lexus IS350 (OEM brakes). There are two types of disk
which is L(BBK) and A disk. I was thinking about...

1st choice:
F: 19 x 9.5 + 40 with 60mm lip size or +27mm with 72mm lip size (L disk)
R: 19 x 10.5 + 27 with 85mm lip size or 15 with 98mm lip size (L disk)

2nd choice:
F: 19 x 9 + 34 with 60mm lip size or +21with 72mm lip size (L disk)
R: 19 x 10 + 21 with 85mm lip size or +8 with 98mm lip size (L disk)

They say I have to run 10mm spacers on the front no matter what.

Do you think this offset will fit it to my 2008 IS350? I am lowered with coil overs and rolled fenders. I do not have camber kit... Do you think I have to get rear camber kit and go negative to fit rear wheel? I do not want to run on negative camber...
Help me with 1st choice and 2nd choice and offsets.

Anyways, I just want to know this set up will work on my car before ordering because it take long
time to get these Thank you CL!

So I just bought some wheels and waiting for them to come in. Wanna know if i gotta do any fender rolling, heat the front liner, tab relocation on a 1 finger - no gap drop. Also please suggest tire spec if what I have is no good. I dont want my tires streched. Also what brand tires will be good. Thanks!

Wheels spec:
F - 19x8.5 + 30
R - 19x10 + 38

Tires spec:
F - 235/35/19
R - 265/30/19

the wheels you're looking at are 5x130 ONLY.

the lexus 2is run 5x114.3.

unless you're running adapters, these wheels will not bolt up.

your tire size selection will be more important in terms of whether you need fender mods moreso than your wheel specs.

as such, given your specified ride height, you won't be able to fit 235/35-19's in the front without fender mods. the rears will be close but should be fine.
