The specs are mildly aggresive. You'd be fine at that height if you don't go lower. If you do go lower you just need a roll.

Will this work for my IS350 AWD? Not really trying to ruin any of my AWD functions. Don't want to do any fender modifications.
19x9.5 + 0 front and 19x10.5 +10 rear. Work VSXX rims.

Would it work, yes. You just would need to do some fender work to make them work. And first off, I think those spec rims with those tires are too much. I think the tire is too beefy and it would work much easier with at least a mild stretch like 265/30 or 255/35. You'll need to roll and pull your rear fenders. Just roll on the fronts. After that, it depends how low you are and how wide of a tire size you go with

You can't get by with those specs without any major fender work. Those are some really aggresive wheels to put on our 2IS.

If I opt for 255/35 like you said with that mild stretch will i be flush after a fender roll in the rear?
and the 225/30 front is fine with just a fender roll?

Yeah you'd be pretty flush. Just about as flush as you could get w/o major fender mods or camber kits.
And the front you'll be fine with a roll. It'll naturally give you a slight pull cause the fenders aren't as strong as the rears, so you will be fine unless you go really low then you may run into problems with the tabs but I think you should be fine.

I saw the AWD "will this fit" thread but it seems like the traffic flow there is dead.

If you can please tell me if this would fit my is250 AWD without fender work and ruining my AWD, I would greatly appreciate it.

20x9 +38 (235/30/20)
20x10.5 +42 (275/30/20)

Hi again, I'm looking at 20x9 + 13 all around. Will 20s rub on my stock suspension? Will they fit without fender modification? Thanks again

Yes. It will rub and you'd need a fender roll if you stay at stock height.
